Road authorities

Every Victorian council and DTP, ranked by how long reported defects in their area stay on the register. These are dates, not opinions: when a report was published, and when someone confirmed the hole was gone.

Counts depend on how much the public reports in each area, so a low count means little reporting, not necessarily good roads. Councils only see reports that people actually send them through their own channels.
